15mm WWII Road Signs PDF

15mm WWII Road Signs PDF

Postby Ryan_Davies » 22 Apr 2017

Hi Gents,

I added some new roadsigns to my sheet. Here's the PDF if you wish to download it and use them. The Tobruk signs have been updated and Sicily/Italian campaign signs have been added. They are in 15mm, but the resolution is high. If you want to bump them up by about 30%, they might still print out nicely in 1/72. Yup. So, here it is:

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ivtm8mf7gpiub ... s.pdf?dl=0

Here's pictures of the signs again. They were glued to .3mm plastic card and cut out with a knife. Just roughen the surface on the plastic. I use acrylic gel to glue the paper to the plastic, it holds nicely. If you print on high quality paper, like I did, peel a layer off the paper to thin it out. It was pretty easy and safe to do.

My Russian-speaking wargaming friend tells me there is a typo in the russian "danger mines" sign. Apparently "danger" is "opasno".

Looking forward to your next update

Thanks, the camo was inspired by 2 different tanks. The skirts were inspired by and illustration in one of those Firefly Collection books. The top cloud is brown, the bottom green, but I did it the way I did to match the blotches. Those blotches were actually on a Panther tank in Normandy.
