Portugese Colonial War - Gathering Supporters!

Re: Portugese Colonial War - Gathering Supporters!

Brilliant they look fantastic. I will post the painted figures as soon as they are finished. Hopefully next week
I'm going to need a SWAT team ready to mobilise, street level maps covering all of Florida, a pot of coffee, twelve Jammie Dodgers and a Fez!

On the subject of packs. Do you have any plans to release a pack containing just Riflemen as I would like to add some more to my force eventually as I am using them as a fictional force.

Cheers

I´ve been thinking about that, as I´m probably not doing another full squad of 10 men. More likely, in addition to the Support Weapon pack of 5 Figures that I´m building right now it could be another 3-4 Riflemen figures, and maybe a second selection of Support Weapons with anything I missed in the first (Bazooka or 57mm Launcher, maybe another HK21 pose, another Energa Grenadier..?).

WIth that setup you could probably build anything you need, be it fictional or actual OOB.
What do you all think about that?

FYI just painted up 20 of these for the Analogue Hobbies Painting Challenge and they have been received very favourably with comments like excellent sculpts and great action poses. Look forward to getting my hands on some more when the supports weapons become available.

Cheers

Maybe portuguese vehicle crew (on ground but especially helicopter, for the famous alouette raids) ? driver, standing gunner, sitting gunner, pilot and copilot (even if I believe most raids only had one pilot, to save seats for the commandos).

But really your range is really cool. I'm wondering if I could sell my south african liberation minis to buy your instead  Liberation minis are great, but a lot of conversion work is needed to modify them in portuguese.

too bad you released your range so late

Vehicle crew would be a great addition to the range

The initial stock is already sold out, should have ordered more knowing you were all just waiting for the set ;)
Restock-order with my supplier is already placed, the set should be back in stock soonish.

They´ve been requested by some of youfor a long time and I finally got around to sculpt them: Portugese AR-10 Riflemen

These will be available in mid August if all goes well.

Next in line is a Command Set - if you have any good reference pics or suggestions for poses, let me know.
