Well, there is http://www.bunkerinfo.nl/, and http://bunkersite.com/ and http://www.forten.info/ and https://www.bunkerbehoud.com/index.php but the only detailed plans I have are in my books on German bunkers in the Netherlands

Great stuff, looking forward to more.

I share your opinion of Grubby resins, got a couple recently and was disappointed in the quality compared to say, PSC plastics.

I've been missing out. Somehow I've managed to not drop in on this thread for a long time. I too love these projects and there is some great eye candy here. :good:  :good:  :good:

BTW I'm starting to use a blog to store my pictures on too, it is easier to link from there than it is to Photobucket, when I need to put a picture into a post I make here. I don't want all my stored pics to appear on my blog, so I've set up a 'hidden' blog space for those.

Photobucket has become more and more of a pain to use. I understand that this is deliberate on their part to try and coerce people using it for free to pay for a subscription and so lose all the ads.

I might, however, give Imageshack a go too.

Have a look at Imgur, easy to use and slick, supports drag and drop, etc. Moved to it from Photobucket for the exact reasons you state.

Alcal insipred me to restart an old idea, and with the help of my villages FB group I have all the stuff I need for it (managed to collect a bag of empty Pringels cans after placing a wanted ad).

Image

My usual low budget style, just a proof of concept, I can now work out the plans for this and get parts lasercut for the processing building times 2 so I can make 2 versions (1 normal, 1 ruined). No lift off roofs or anything like that, doesn't fit my style of play, is faster to build and more sturdy.

Will have to do double duty in 20mm and 28mm as well, windowsizes will be a bit in between, suitable from WW1 till modern day. Historical to SF.

Building will be in several parts, silos as one block with opening on one end so I can shove in other scenery, centre row of Pringle cans is replaced with a foamboard box to support the top. Processing building is also seperate and should slot together with a few magnets. Top conveyor building is seperate as well. Future additions can easily be made this way, like another set of silos that can just be slotted against it or against the 2nd processor building enhancing it's use on the table.

Not anytime soon though, I have a few comissions to do first.

There's no fooling you, is there ? ;)

Yup. This week I received a batch of 20+ slightly thinner but twice as tall carboard tubes (the ones people have rolls of foil on to seal rolling carts for trucks) so I might go with the more to size one even if it's not really that apt for storing. Or not. haven't made my mind up yet.
